Best of the Caribbean
In this class we explore the delicious warming flavours of the Caribbean using classic staples from Jamaica, Puerto Rico and Trinidad. While in the Caribbean, I discovered that a hot day is not complete without a Piña Colada, that Mofongo is an amazing dish that I had to replicate and finally that I could not get enough Johnny Cakes in my belly.
