How it works

Order Cut-Off Times

  • Please have your order confirmed and paid for by 10:00 am the business day before your event or gathering. When ordering for a Monday delivery, cut off is at 10:00 am on the Thursday beforehand. For larger orders, 3 business days notice is required.
  • For deliveries outside of normal working hours (9 am-5 pm) please contact us at [email protected].  A fee may be added.
  • Weekend orders are possible with a $400 minimum.  Pick-up at our storefront in the Atrium is always possible Monday – Friday 10am – 4:30pm.

Other Notes:

  • We are able to accommodate Gluten Free, Vegetarian, Vegan, Dairy-Free and Keto for an additional fee.
  • Delivery is offered with an order of $125.00 or more with a delivery fee of $14.50.
  • Prices are subject to applicable taxes and if paying by credit card, a 2.5% fee will apply.  If  gratuity is added or payment made by cash/e-transfer, the cc fee will be waived.
  • Most items are served buffet style in recyclable boxes. Napkins, compostable plates and cutlery are included upon request.
  • Your order can be served on platters for an additional fee.
